    £200 this service is perfect before winter sets in, whole heating system service, boiler service, controls, radiators, system clean (internally) this will clean your radiators and pipework. (cleaning your heating system internally is so important, this is the most common cause of most boiler, heating faults).

Terms of Payment

  • All work must be paid in full on each visit once completed by UK Engineers Trading under Clickatradesman Ltd
  • We are happy to fit any parts you the customer. ( May buy via the web or direct from parts centres.) but must stress you do not hold any warranty on labour with UK Engineers when fitted parts are not supplied by Us, any returns to any existing fault due to any failing part that ( you the customer have supplied ) will be charged at the rate set by UK Engineers .
  • All Parts supplied by UK Engineers will come with a Years Warranty on Labour and Parts
  • You the customer will be taken through the work that has been carried out regarding your fault .( It's quite important that you give us the correct information at the time to diagnose your fault correctly) Once any work has been completed UK Engineers will take you through the running of the boiler . This will show that:1. The boiler is working correctly when the job been completed: 2. This will also demonstrate we have fixed the boiler correctly too. We were called out to a fault that would show you the customer signs of incorrect workings at the time we diagnose the fault. When we finish any job (unless it's the actual fault finding) we will demonstrate the boiler is working correctly and the fault you called us out for was no longer present and the appliance was working correctly at the time in changing any parts , Must stress due to Experience it is very possible you could also have more than one fault. .
  • If for any reason the invoice has not been settled . We will remain the owner of any parts until settled in full . Any invoices that are not paid on time or hasn't been agreed with a payment plan ,any additional reminders may result in UK Engineers charging an admin charge of £12.00 per additional reminder . And a daily charge of 8% above the base rate on interest till the invoice has been settled . If we still don't have payment in full and has to go through a debt or small claims court all charges will be down to the customer concerned.
  • Disclaimer: As you can appreciate any water born part installed by UK Engineers will not have any warranty if the new part fails due to no protection on the boiler, manga clean, water filter or just simple cleaning out the heating system. Any mechanical part needs maintenance, your heating system requires the same , So UK Engineers will help you and guide you on this matter so you don't loose any warranty . It's our job to guide you and protect your system
    Lack of maintenance on your heating system can and will cause you problems. prevention is better than waiting for your system to fail.
